Returns - All prices showed are in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$). Please note the actual price charged to overseas customers may vary due to the exchange rate imposed by your credit or debit card company. - It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size when ordering rings online. Please note all items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased, except unused damaged items, which can be exchange within 7 days of delivery, if accompanied with the proof of purchase and the original item packaging(s). Please note that the original postage costs are not refundable and we do not accept any responsibility for the return postage costs. Exceptions to this are if an item is faulty upon receipt. - All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
